Exilis Ultra™ is a non-invasive technology that combines radiofrequency (RF) and ultrasound energy to improve skin laxity and reduce small fat collections. It can also improve the appearance of cellulite, where we use it in combination with Cellutone™.

Exilis Ultra™ not only reduces fat deposits—it also tightens skin. The ultrasound component of Exilis Ultra™ employs RF to heat the tissue faster, easier and more effectively to liquefy targeted fat cells without causing damage to other tissue.
Who is a candidate for Exilis Ultra™?
Adults with skin laxity and wrinkling of any area, such as the abdomen, thighs and arms, as well as those who have small fatty deposits may be good candidates for Exilis Ultra™. During your consultation, Dr. Normand Miller will discuss your aesthetic goals and determine if you are a good candidate for skin tightening and contouring with Exilis Ultra™.
HOW DOES THE TREATMENT FEEL?
Exilis Ultra™ is one of our most relaxing treatments, having been described as feeling like a hot stone massage. Additionally, it requires no anesthesia and no downtime. After the treatment, your skin will stay rosy for approximately 30 minutes.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
Typically, we recommend a series of 4 treatments spaced out every 2 weeks, with a follow-up session every 3 to 6 months after the original series.
